Cooking instructions
Directions for Preparation: 1. Combine 1 cup couscous with 2 tablespoons olive oil, and salt and spices to desired taste. 2. Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water or broth over couscous. 3. Stir well, cover and let stand 5-8 minutes. 4. Fluff with a fork and let stand uncovered for 5 minutes. Microwave Directions: 1. In a large microwavable bowl combine 1 cup couscous with 2 tablespoons olive oil, and salt and spices to desired taste. 2. Pour 1 1/2 cups water or broth over couscous. 3. Stir well, cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes. 4. Fluff couscous with a fork. 5. Cover and microwave for 3 additional minutes. 6. Fluff again with a fork. Store in a cool, dry place.
