Cooking instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Stovetop: 1. Bring 2 cups water, (1 Tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt if desired) to a boil on HIGH in a MED saucepan. 2. Stir in entire package of couscous; cover. Remove from heat. 3. Let stand 8 min; fluff with fork and serve. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Combine 2 cups water, (1 Tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt, if desired) in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole or bowl; cover with lid. 2. Microwave on HIGH until water boils, about 5 min. 3. Carefully remove casserole using potholders. Stir in entire package couscous; cover. Let stand 8 min; fluff with fork and serve. Caution: Dish and contents are HOT. Chef Tip: Use broth or stock in place of water.
