Cooking instructions
Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. For food safety, cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Do not thaw. Stovetop: 1. Preheat large, nonstick skillet on MEDIUM-HIGH 1 minute. Add potatoes; stir. 2. Cook 7-9 minutes stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crisp. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Place potatoes on nonstick baking sheet in single layer. 2. Bake 10 minutes. Carefully flip potatoes with spatula. Bake 8-10 minutes more until golden brown and desired crispness. Chef Tip: For very crispy, golden potatoes, cook in a cast iron skillet.
