Cooking instructions
Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking instructions: Stovetop: Heat 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium/high heat. Cook frozen chick'n strips for approximately 5-7 mins until browned and crisp on all sides. Add sauce and stir for 30 seconds. Toss to coat chick'n well. Sauce pack: Place sauce pack in bowl of hot water for 3 mins to defrost. Remember: Let rest for 3 mins before serving. Do not overcook - it's not meat! Cook until internal temp is 165°F (minimum).
