Cooking instructions
Conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Moisten pork with water. Shake off excess. For a different taste, brush with Dijon mustard or butter before coating. 3. Coat with Pork Seasoned Coating Mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in mix on plate. 4. Bake pork in ungreased or foil-lined baking pan until cooked through. Bone-in pork should take 15-22 minutes, boneless 13-20 minutes. Bake thicker chops 5-10 minutes longer or until cooked through.
