Cooking instructions

Grill burgers for 11-12 minutes, turning halfway through grill time. Electric Skillet or Fry Pan: 1. Preheat skillet to 325 degrees F (medium). 2. Fry burger for 13-14 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes. Cook All Meats Thoroughly: Use a meat thermometer and cook ground meats thoroughly, to a uniform temperature of 160 degrees F/71 degrees C. Safe Handling: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling procedures. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
