British Turkey (70%), Pork, Sage & Onion Stuffing (17%) (British Pork, Water, Pea Flour, Potato Starch, Dried Onion, Dextrose, Salt, Parsley, Sage, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Yeast Extract, Potato Fibre, Stabiliser: Sodium Triphosphate; Black Pepper Extract, Nutmeg Extract), Water, Bacon (5%) (British Pork, Water, Salt, Flavour Enhancer: Smoke Flavouring; Stabiliser: Sodium Triphosphate; Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate; Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate; Acidity Regulator: Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate), Pea Starch, Salt, Sugar. Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from either chilled or frozen. Pre heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Before cooking: Remove sleeve, film lid and cover with foil. Place foil container onto a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven for 2 hours if cooking from frozen, or 1 hour 30 minutes if cooking from chilled. During cooking: Remove foil , pour off excess juice and if cooking from frozen return to the oven for a further 1 hour, or 25 minutes if cooking from chilled, basting joint occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear when pierced with a fork or skewer. Leave joint to rest for at least 10 minutes before carving. All appliances vary.
