What is MealWhizz?
With MealWhizz you can discover new products from your supermarket in a fun way. Read and write reviews about everything in the supermarket and follow your friends and family. With every review you can earn points and then compare them with other users. You can also follow other users to see what they think about new or well-known products from the supermarket. Have you reviewed enough specific products? Then you can also earn badges!

I can't find a product on your website, why is that?
MealWhizz collects information about products available online. So if a product is for sale in a store without a web shop, we cannot add this data. Do you know a webshop with products that we don't have yet? Feel free to send us a message via the contact form!

A product seems incorrectly or incompletely tagged, why is that?
We do our utmost best to tag all products as good as possible, so that you can easily discover them and you can work on earning badges. Do you feel that a product has been tagged incomplete or incorrectly? Feel free to send us a message via the contact form!

I registered my account, but I can't log in. What should I do?
There are three things that can prevent you from logging into your MealWhizz account:

• After registration, an e-mail is automatically sent with a verification link. Your account is not yet active if you have not yet verified it. Click the link in the e-mail to verify your account. If you can't find the e-mail, check your spam folder.
• Logging into your MealWhizz account works with your e-mail address and your password. Logging in with your username does not work.
• During registration a typo might be made in the password. You can request a new password if you are unsure.
