Origin: UK Packaged in a protective atmosphere Health Our pigs are reared on British farms that meet Sainsbury's animal welfare standards. <STRONG>This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat.</STRONG> Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Raw meat may contain organisms hazardous to health. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear. If not fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may remain. Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Grill To grill from chilled: Before Cooking: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Rub steaks with 5ml of vegetable oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place steaks on a grill pan. During Cooking: Grill under a moderate/high heat for 8 mins. Turn occasionally. After Cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary. Cooking instructions: ShallowFry To pan fry from chilled: Before Cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat frying pan over a high heat. Rub steaks with 5 ml of oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. During Cooking: Place in the hot pan over a high heat and pan fry for 8 mins. Turning occasionally.
