Ingredients
Beef (91%), Black Garlic Butter (9%) (Salted Butter (Cows' Milk) (Butter (Cows' Milk), Salt), Garlic Purée, Black Garlic, Lemon Juice, Parsley, Sea Salt, Black Pepper). Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: other To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Peel back film and allow meat to reach room temperature for about 10 minutes. Heat 15ml oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Once oil is hot add the steaks. During cooking: Turn frequently. Fry for 3 minutes for rare or 5-7 minutes for medium. Remove steaks from pan, set aside and allow to rest keeping warm.
