Tough chewy skin and poor quality meat

Chewy and lumpy

Extremely disappointed with these sausages. The skin was really chewy and there was lots of unsavoury lumps of gristle in the filling, even the dog wouldn’t eat them. Will NOT be buying again

Cooking instructions

Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown.

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Aberdeen Angus Beef (80%), Water, Onion (6%), Potato Starch, Pea Fibre, Salt, Black Pepper, Dried Parsley, Nutmeg, Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite ). Filled into natural sheep casings.
