Oven cook Instructions: The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Remove sleeve, film lid and sauce sachet. Place sauce sachet in a bowl of warm water until required. Preheat oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6. Place the tray in the centre of a preheated oven for 60 minutes. Remove from oven and pour off cooking juices. Remove meatloaf from tray and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. To heat sauce: Pierce the sauce sachet several time and place into a microwaveable container. Heat on full power for 1 minute. Instructions are based on a 850w microwave, adjust timings accordingly. Take care when opening sachet as sauce will be hot. Alternatively, empty contents into a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Do not allow to boil. Carefully pour heated sauce over the meatloaf to serve. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
