"Cooking in an oven is normal, common. Those directions should be on the package..I did not enjoy searching for them on the internet. I will not have this annoying stupid product in my home again.."

Cooking instructions

Keep refrigerated. May be frozen. Cooking Instructions: Appliances vary. Heating times approximate. Grill: 1. Remove outer packaging before cooking. 2. Pre - heat grill for 10 minutes on medium-high heat. 3. Place pork filet on center of grill and close grill lid. 4. Grill filet on side one 10-15 minutes. 5. Rotate filet and grill side two 10-15 minutes until filet reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (thickest part) or juices run clear. 6. Remove filet from grill. 7. Let rest for 3 minutes before slicing. Oven: 1. Remove out packaging before cooking. 2. Preheat oven to 375°F. 3. Place pork filet in shallow roasting pan*. 4. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. 5. Uncover and bake for additional 10 minutes until filet reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (thickest part) or juices run clear. 6. Remove from oven/pan and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing. * If cooking 2 filets space 2-3 inches apart and cook covered for 30 minutes then uncovered for additional 10 minutes.
