Cooking instructions

Keep refrigerated. May be frozen. Cooking instructions: Appliance vary. Heating time approximate. 1. Remove outer packaging before cooking. 2. Place roast in slow cooker and set temperature to low. 3. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low temperature for 6 to 7 hours. 4. Internal temperature of roast should be 200°F (thickest part) before removing from slow cooker. 5. Turn off slow cooker and let roast stand for 5 minutes before shredding (Tip - use two forks and pull roast apart and create shred). For serving suggestions visit Simply Hatfield website.
