Cooking instructions

Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Cooking directions for conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking. 2. Place frozen fish in a single layer evenly distributed on a shallow metal baking pan. Place pan on middle oven rack. 3. Bake uncovered 22 to 24 minutes, or until crispy and browned. Turn fish over halfway through baking. Let stand 5 minutes. Microwave preparations is not recommended. Keep frozen until ready to use. Promptly refrigerate any unused cooked fish.

Pollock (Fish, Sodium Tripolyphosphate To Retain Fish Moisture), Water, Cottonseed And/Or Soybean Oil, Wheat Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour [Enriched with Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Salt, Soybean Oil) Contains 2% Or Less Of: Beer (Water, Rice, Cornstarch, Barley Malt, Hop Extract, Yeast), Modified Food Starch, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate),Yeast Extract, Salt, Sugar, Dextrose, Natural Flavors, Onion Powder.
