Cooking instructions
Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on equipment. Cook from frozen. Cook to 165 degrees F. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F with rack in center. Place calamari on a greased baking sheet. 2. Cook 6 min, carefully flip calamari; cook 4-5 min more until golden brown. Rest 3 min. Caution: Calamari may be HOT.
