Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 145°F. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat Oven to 375 degree F with rack in center. 2. Remove all labels. Place bag right-side-up in rimmed baking pan, as printed on package. Do not cut holes in bag. 3. Cook about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove pan from oven; rest 10 minutes (Bag may open at seam during cook time.) 4. Working carefully to avoid steam, use scissors to cut open bag on end and peel back for easiest transfer of product into the baking pan used (Ribs will brown during cooking, bag may appear dark). Caution: Contents HOT. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator in microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
