Do not microwave in package. Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees. Grill: Preheat grill on HIGH. Sear 1-3 minutes per side. Turn over; reduced heat to MEDIUM and cook 15-20 minutes turning several times until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of cutlet). Pan Sear-Preheat oven to 350 degrees if cutlets are thicker than 1/2 inch. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in ovenproof skillet on MEDIUM; add chicken. Sear 9-10 minutes; turn over (if thicker than 1/2 inch place skillet in oven). On stovetop, reduce heat to MEDIUM-LOW. Cook 10-15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of cutlet).
