Cooking instructions
Keep frozen. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees with rack in center. 1. Place desired number of fish sticks on baking sheet in single layer. 2. Bake 14-16 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning halfway through cook time. Use by date stamped on package.

Minced Alaska Pollock, Wheat Flour, Water, Vegetable Oil (Canola, Cottonseed and/or Soybean), Modified Corn Starch, Contains 2% or less of each: Salt, Natural Flavors, Sugar, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Nonfat Milk, Yeast, Leavening (Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Whey.
