Cooking instructions
Cooking Directions: Do not defrost. Season water to your taste. Place fish loaf with inner wrapping in boiling water, once water returns to a boil let simmer for about 1-1.2 hours. Baking Directions: Place fish loaf in a pan with one inch of water, cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1-1/2 hours. Ovens may vary, so cooking time or temperature may need to be adjusted. Keep frozen.

White Fish and/or Pike and/or Mullet and/or Cisco and/or Carp, Fresh Eggs, Onions, Vegetable Oil (Soybean and/or Cottonseed and/or Canola), Potato Starch, Sugar, Salt, White Pepper.
