Cooking instructions
Refrigerate after opening. Use within 3 days. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Stovetop: 1. Bring 4 quarts water to a gentle boil (salt if desired). Gently loosen gnocchi in package. 2. Add gnocchi; cook about 4 min. Do Not Overcook. Drain or remove with slotted spoon. Yield: about 3 cups. Chef Tip: Finish cooked gnocchi in sauté pan over MED-HIGH heat 1-2 min using your favorite finishing butter or olive oil; season to taste.
