Taste is acceptable

OK taste

Not too much protein

Bio engineered additives

Some sugar content

I think the taste benefits from the 18 grams of sugar rather then artificial sweeteners. But this also adds to carb content so not the best for diabetics like myself. I drink one or two a week when I need predictable carb intake. It satisfies as in between meals but I don’t find it enough alone to replace a meal. My other concern is that the label says it has Bio Engineered ingredients whatever that means?? I know for me, it tends to give me some bloated gassy feelings.
