Cooking instructions
Carne Asada Street Tacos: Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. You Will Need: 1 pkg McCormick Seasoning Mix; 1 tbsp oil; 1 lb boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1/2-inch strips; 2 tbsp water; 8 (6-inch) tortillas, warmed. 1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir 2 minutes or until no longer pink. 2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 to 2 minutes or until desired doneness. 3. Spoon steak into tortillas. Serve with desired toppings. Makes 4 (2 tacos) servings. Serving Suggestion: Serve with topping such as Cotija cheese, chopped tomatoes, thinly sliced radish, diced sweet onions, cilantro and avocado.
