Cooking instructions
You Will Need: 1 lb lean ground beef. Directions: 1. Mix packet contents with 1/2 cup warm water in a bowl, stir until completely dissolved. 2. In a large skillet, thoroughly cook ground beef. Drain, returning beef to skillet. 3. Add taco mixture to ground beef and cook on medium heat until mixture boils. Reduce heat and simmer until desired thickness is reached. Makes 4, two-taco servings. Chef Suggests: Serve on tortillas or taco shells, with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, yellow onion, prepared Simply Organic guacamole dip and sour cream.
