Cooking instructions
Ranch Dip Prep Time: 5 minutes. Makes 2 cups. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix; 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream. Directions: 1. Stir sour cream and seasoning mix in medium bowl until well blended. Cover. 2. Refrigerate 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Stir before serving. Ranch Dressing: stir 3/4 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup milk and seasoning mix in medium bowl until well blended. For a thinner consistency, add additional milk. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 1-2/3 cups. Baked Ranch Chicken: Brush 1-1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts or thighs with 1 tbsp. oil. Coat chicken evenly with Seasoning Mix. Place on large foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake in preheated 400 degrees F oven 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Kitchen Tips: Substitute 2 cups plain Greek yogurt for the sour cream. Drizzle potatoes or veggies with oil and toss with Seasoning Mix before roasting.
