Cooking instructions
Keep Frozen. HOW TO THAW: Thawing times may vary depending on your equipment. Thawed unopened phyllo may be stored up to 4 weeks in refrigerator. Refrigerated: 1. Thaw desired number of packages in refrigerator 6-8 hours or overnight (Do not unpack from plastic wrapper). 2. Let stand at room temperature 30 min before using (Open plastic wrapper when other ingredients are prepared and ready to assemble). Room Temperature: 1. Remove from box; let stand at room temperature 3 hours (Do not unpack from plastic wrapper). HOW TO USE: 1. Unroll dough sheets on flat dry surface. Remove desired number of sheets; immediately cover with plastic wrap and damp towel. 2. Reroll unused sheets; seal tightly in plastic wrap and refreeze up to 2 months or refrigerate up to 1 week. 3. Use in your favorite phyllo recipe.
