Cooking instructions

Keep Frozen. HOW TO THAW: Thaw times may vary depending on your equipment. Refrigerated: 1. Thaw dough in refrigerator 7-8 hours or overnight (Do not unpack from plastic bag). 2. Let stand at room temperature 30 min before using (Open plastic bag when other ingredients are prepared and ready to assemble). HOW TO USE: 1. Unroll dough sheets on flat dry surface. Remove desired number of sheets; immediately cover with plastic wrap and damp towel. 2. Reroll unused sheets; seal tightly in plastic bag and refreeze up to 3 weeks or refrigerate 3 days. 3. Use in your favorite phyllo recipe.

Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Tapioca Starch, Malted Barley Flour, Sucrose, Expeller Pressed Canola and/or Sunflower Oil, Salt, Canola Lecithin, Tricalcium Phosphate.
