Keep Refrigerated.HOW TO HEAT:Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment.Stovetop:1. Bring 4 quarts water to a gentle boil on HIGH in a large pot, salt if desired. Gentlyloosen gnocchi in package. Carefully add gnocchi to pot; stir.2. Cook 1 minute. Do Not Overcook. Drain immediately or lift them out with a large slotted spoon. Add directly to prepared sauce of your choice.Yield: about 3 cups.Chef Tip: Traditionally served simply tossed with seasoned tomato sauce and sprinkled with fresh cut herbs.
