Cooking instructions
Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Easy to prepare. Just thaw, cook and serve! Cooking Instructions - Conventional Oven: From Frozen: Remove plastic packaging but do not remove inside netting. Place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Cook uncovered at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 3-1/4 to 4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Let rest for 10 minutes before removing netting and carving. From Thawed: Thaw in refrigerator for 1 to 2 days. Remove plastic packaging but do not remove inside netting. Place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Cook uncovered at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 1-3/4 to 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Let rest for 10 minutes before removing netting and carving. Note: Cook times are approximate as oven temperatures may vary. Cook until internal temperature exceeds 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Use a meat thermometer for best results. Uncooked/Keep frozen.
