Cooking instructions

HOW TO USE: 1. Season meat, poultry, seafood or vegetables. Dust with pan searing flour; pat off excess. 2. Heat oil in pan on MED-HIGH. Sear both sides; cook and finish following your recipe. To Make Gravy: 1 cup pan drippings, broth or milk. 2 level Tbsp Pan Searing Flour. 2 Tbsp butter or margarine. 1. Whisk drippings and flour together in bowl.2. Melt butter in saucepan on LOW; add flour mixture while stirring.3. Cook on MED until bubbling, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 1 min. Chef Tips: Mixes easily for smooth gravies and sauces. Whisk directly into pan drippings, broth or stock.
