Cooking instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. HOW TO MAKE: Bake time may vary depending on your equipment. Blueberry Muffins (makes 12 muffins) You will need: 1 package mix 1 large egg ½ cup milk ½ cup vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup frozen blueberries Optional: course sugar for topping Preheat oven to 375 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Add muffin mix into mixing bowl. Measure egg, milk, oil and vanilla in separate bowl. Slowly pour ¾ wet ingredients into mixer on LOW until combined. Scrape bowl; mix on MED 1 min. 2. Add remaining wet ingredients; mix on LOW until combined. Fold in blueberries. 3. Line muffin pan with baking cups or use cooking spray. Scoop ¼ cupful’s into each cup. 4. Bake 24-27 min. Cool 5-10 min. Option: Sprinkle muffins with coarse sugar before baking.

Cane Sugar, Brown Rice Flour (Rice, Rice Bran), Tapioca Starch, Sorghum Flour, Sweet Rice Flour, Molasses Powder (Sucrose, Molasses, Caramel Color), Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Xanthan Gum.
