Cooking instructions
Do Not Refrigerate. Microwave in the Bag. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Place unopened bag with directions side up on microwave-safe plate (do not place directly on microwave turntable). There is no need to pierce bag. 2. Cook on HIGH 7 -8 minutes. Let rest 3-4 minutes in microwave.3. Carefully remove plate; cut bag open along top where indicated avoiding steam. Empty into serving dish. Cut sweet potatoes open lengthwise. Gently fluff or mash sweet potato flesh with fork or scoop out of the skin with spoon. Season to taste and serve. Caution: Contents and bag are hot. Handle bag carefully as hot steam releases from vent holes. Use caution when cutting bag open. Chef Tips: Melt finishing butter over hot potatoes. Drizzle with maple syrup; salt and pepper to taste. Cook and use these potatoes in your favorite sweet potato recipe.
