Keep Frozen. How To Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. For food safety and best quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Stove: 1. Bring vegetables and water to boil, covered. Reduce heat; stir as needed. 2. Cook according to stovetop chart. 3. Drain, season to taste. Stove Cooking Chart: 1/8 package (about 2 cups) mixed vegetables; 1/2 cup water; 6-8 minutes cook time. 1/4 package (about 4 cups) mixed vegetables; 1/2 cup water; 6-8 minutes cook time. 1/2 package (about 8 cups) mixed vegetables; 1 cup water; 8-9 minutes cook time. Full package mixed vegetables; 1 cup water; 8-10 minutes cook time. Microwave (1100 Watts)*: 1. Place vegetables in microwave-safe container with ¼ cup water; cover. 2. Cook on HIGH according to microwave chart. 3. Drain, season to taste. Microwave Cooking Chart: 1/8 package (about 2 cups) mixed vegetables; 6-7 minutes cook time; stir after 3 minutes; 3 minutes standing time. 1/4 package (about 4 cups) mixed vegetables; 10-12 minutes cook time; stir after 6 minutes; 5 minutes standing time. CAUTION: Container and contents may be HOT. *Lower Wattage Microwave Ovens May Require More Time.
