Cooking instructions
Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. You will need: 1 Tbsp vegetable oil. ½ cup unsweetened canned coconut milk. Stovetop: 1. Heat large, non-stick skillet on HIGH, add vegetable oil. 2. Add contents of package to skillet; carefully stirring 2 minutes. 3. Reduce heat to MEDIUM-HIGH; stir in coconut milk and cover. 4. Cook 6 minutes; stirring occasionally until thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat; stir and serve. Chef Tips: Sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve with warm Naan bread. Add your favorite nuts or seeds for a little extra crunch.
