And: Thaw: Allow frozen muffins to thaw in the refrigerator. For optimal freshness, enjoy within 7 days! Or: Heat: Remove wrapper. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes at 300 degrees F, or microwave for 15-20 sec. Careful: Muffin may be hot.
