Cooking instructions
Keep frozen. Ready to Cook: Preparation Suggestions: Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Remove Pacific Sustainable Seafood Gluten-Free fish portions from all packaging and place on a non-oiled baking sheet. Bake on one side for 6-7 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 7 minutes or until golden brown. Remove portions from the oven and let them cool slightly before eating. Deep Fry: Set deep fryer temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat. Once oil has reached temperature, place Pacific Sustainable Seafood Gluten-Free fish portions onto oil for 3-4 minutes until batter is golden brown. Remove from fryer and place on paper towels, allowing fish to cool slightly before eating.
