Cooking instructions
Let's cook! Skillet: Preheat a non-stick, lightly-oiled pan over medium heat. Cook 5-6 minutes per side. Oven/Toaster Oven: Bake at 400 degrees F on a lightly-oiled baking sheet 6-8 minutes per side. Broil: On a lightly-oiled baking sheet, cook 4-5 minutes per side. Grill: Cook on medium heat, 4-5 minutes per side. Try them in salads, wraps, or sauces! Product is fully cooked. Keep frozen. For best results, defrost before cooking.
