Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Do not remove film. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 55 to 60 minutes. Check that food is cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 2 minutes. Enjoy! Keep frozen.
