Cooking instructions
Instructions: You Will Need: Pizza Kit; Measuring Cup; Mixing Bowl & Fork. Pizza Dough Prep: 1. Combine flour mix and yeast packet in a large mixing bowl with 1-1/4 cups (300 ml) of lukewarm water. Stir with a fork until dough begins to form. 2. Knead by hand for 3 minutes, or until dough is soft and smooth. Transfer to a clean, lightly oiled bowl and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. (After this step, you can refrigerate for use 1-3 days). 3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Divide dough into 2-4 equal pieces (Thick-crust: makes 2-10 inch pizzas. Thin-crust: makes 4-10 inch pizzas) (depending on size and thickness desired). Form pizza by hand on a lightly oiled baking pan or pizza stone. Accent with your favorite toppings. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and toppings are cooked. Toppings Ideas: Crushed Italian tomatoes + fresh mozzarella + basil goat cheese + caramelized onion + balsamic glaze pepperoni + sun-dried tomatoes + provolone spinach + bacon + ricotta + olives.
