Cooking instructions
White Chicken Chili: What you will need: Chicken; Chickenstock; Tomatoes; Green Chiles. Fast-cook Directions: 1 Pkg. Meal mix; 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts; 2 Cups chicken stock; 1 Can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes; 1 Can (4 oz) chopped green chiles (optional). (1) Remove pockets and set aside. Rinse and pick through beans. Add beans, packets, chicken stock and diced tomatoes to a multi-cooker. Stir to combine. Nestle chicken breasts into the mixture. Close and seal lid. (2) Cook on manual high pressure 40 minutes. Natural pressure release for 20 minutes. (3) Release remaining pressure according to manufacturer's directions. Carefully remove lid. Shred chicken breasts and add chiles (if using). Stir to continue. Slow-cook Directions: 1 pkg. Meal mix; 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts; 1 1/2 cups water; 1 1/4 Cups chicken stock; 1 Can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes; 1 Can (4 oz) chopped green chiles (optional). (1) Remove packets and set aside. Rinse and pick through beans. Add beans, packets, water chicken stock and diced tomatoes to slow cooker. Stir to combine; (2) Nestle chicken breasts into the mixture. Cover and cook 4 to 6 hours on high or 8 to 10 hours on low; (3) About 15 minutes before end of cook time, add chiles (If using), and shred chicken breasts. Stir to combine. Tip: Garnish with grated cheese or sour cream.
