Slowly sautee the tortellini in butter or olive oil. Low and slow and you will achieve a pasta that doesn’t fall apart takes a little longer but it is worth it. I add Italian sausage or my homemade meatballs. With my homemade sauce. I have Celiac and make everything from scratch. Except the pasta!

Use in your favorite pasta salad recipe!
