Cook them but not as sausages.
Flavor

I personally like the flavor and texture and cook with these frequently but not as "sausages". I fry these after I cut them down the middle of the full length of the sausage so they cook faster and easier to flip. There is no need to add oil, they are greasy enough. Once they are near cooked, I cut them up into bite size pieces and eat them with rice or dunk them into vegetable chili (adds so much flavor).

Cooking instructions

Recommended Cooking Instructions: Grill. Skillet. Griddle. Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of opening. Do not refreeze, Cook thoroughly before serving. If purchased frozen, thaw in refrigerator before cooking. Consume within 7 days of thawing. Skillet - Heat a non-sticky pan to medium to medium-high heat and lightly drizzle oil in pan. Cook for about 6 minutes. Turning frequently. Grill- Pre-heat covered grill to 500 degrees F. Lightly brush sausages with oil. Grill for about 6 minutes turning halfway through. Griddle - Set non-stick griddle at (450 - 475 degrees F.) and cook for about 7 minutes. Turning frequently. Cook time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Not recommended: Boiling, microwave, cooking from frozen or, reheating once cooked.
