It’s changed NOT for the better…
I

This new recipe is no longer as soft as it used to be, and it tastes different. The texture is closer to the ciabatta baguette Wegmans once offered (maybe they still do?). After years of buying it, I no longer will with the current recipe.

Do not like the new recipe
Go back to original recipe.
Told gard and not crispy on the outside.
First the French rolls, now this.

Refresh in oven for 6 minutes at 400 F.

Ingredients
