Cooking instructions

Keep Refrigerated. Previously Frozen, Do Not Refreeze. For Best Results, Use Within 24 Hours After Purchase. If Purchased Frozen, Use Within 24 Hours After Thawing. HOW TO THAW: Thawing times may vary depending on your equipment. 1. If frozen, remove dough from bag. Place in large bowl with 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil. Rub oil over entire dough ball and sides of bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. 2. Thaw at room temperature 5-7 hours or refrigerate overnight until completely thawed. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. You'll need pizza toppings of your choice. Oven: 1. Bring pizza dough to room temperature in oiled bowl, 1-2 hours. 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees with rack in center. 3. Hand shape or roll to desired shape, about ¼-inch thickness. 4. Place on a large, greased baking sheet or pizza pan, pressing out any air bubbles; forming dough to fit pan. Add your favorite toppings. 5. Bake about 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles and crust is golden brown. Chef tips: Allow dough to rest 10 minutes if difficult to shape. Use olive oil to grease baking sheet or pizza pan. For an extra crisp crust, bake pizza on a pizza baking stone, following manufacturer's instructions.
