Cooking instructions
Keep refrigerated. Previously frozen, do not refreeze. For best results, use within 24 hours after purchase. If purchased frozen use within 24 hours after thawing. How to Thaw: Thawing times may vary depending on your equipment. 1. If frozen, remove dough from bag. Place in large bowl with 1 Tbsp vegetable oil. Rub oil over entire dough ball and sides of bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. 2. Thaw at room temperature 5-7 hours or refrigerate overnight until completely thawed. How to Cook: 1 - Bring pizza dough to room temperature in its bag or oiled bowl, 1-2 hours. 2 - Preheat oven to 400F with rack in center. 3 - Hand shape or roll to desired shape, about 1/4-inch thickness. 4 - Place on large, greased baking sheet or pizza pan, pressing out any air bubbles; forming dough to fit pan. Add your favorite toppings. 5 - Bake about 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles and crust is golden brown.
