Cooking instructions
Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cook times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Pierce holes several times with a fork on the front side of the package. Place front side up on microwave-safe plate. 2. Cook on HIGH 2-3 minutes. Rest 1 minute; carefully remove from microwave. Cut open bag avoiding steam; pour into serving dish. Season to taste. CAUTION: BAG IS HOT AND CONTAINS STEAM. Stovetop: 1. Remove spinach from bag and place in large skillet with 1 Tbsp water. 2. Cook on MEDIUM-HIGH, stirring until spinach is wilted and tender, 2-3 minutes. Season to taste. Chef Tips: Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil or basting oil; try a sprinkle of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
