Cooking instructions
Do not microwave in package. Keep refrigerated. Cook to internal temperature of 145 degrees F to ensure juicy and tender beef. Use a digital thermometer. How to cook: Cook thoroughly. Cooking times may vary. Grill: Preheat grill on HIGH. Sear 3-4 min. Turn over and sear 2-3 min. Turn over again. Reduce heat to MEDIUM; close cover and cook 3-6 minutes to 5 degrees below desired internal temperature. Remove from grill and let rest 5-10 minutes.
