Cooking instructions
Grill: Preheat grill MED HIGH. Remove wrap and tray. Sear 5 min per side. Close lid, turning occasionally, cook 12 - 15 min or until 130F (med), 145F (well).

- -MADE WITH NO GLUTEN-CONTAINING - Beef, Zesty Savory Marinade (Distilled Vinegar, Water, Salt, Raisin Juice Concentrate, Dried Onion, Caramel Color, Contains Less Than 2% of Spices, Dried Garlic, Sugar, Soybean Oil, Paprika, Molasses, Xanthan Gum, Natural Smoke Flavor), Green Bell Pepper, White Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Dried Vinegar, Cultured Dextrose, Maltodextrin. --- Option for Oven: Remove wrap. Place on oiled baking sheet. Broil on top shelf 5 min. Turn, move to middle shelf and broil additional 3 - 5 min or meat reaches 130F (med), 145F (well).
