Water, Cauliflower (18%), Coconut Milk (15%), Onion, Tomato Purée, Coconut Paste (Sulphites), Red Pepper (2%), Potato (Sulphites), Sugar (Sulphites), Ginger, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic Purée, Coriander Leaf, Red Lentils, Rice, Salt, Lemon Juice, Cornflour (Sulphites), Paprika, Cumin, Coriander, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Black Onion Seeds, Cardamom, Dried Red Chilli. Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Hob Empty contents into a saucepan. To heat on the hob. Moderate heat 6 mins. Stir continuously until piping hot. Cooking instructions: Microwave Microwave from chilled but can also be heated on the hob. Before heating: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into microwave. During heating: Stir halfway.
