Water, Textured Wheat Protein (17%), Wheat Gluten, Sunflower Oil, Pea Protein Isolate, Textured Pea Protein (3.0%), Potato Protein, Flavouring, Preservative: Potassium Lactate, Potassium Acetate; Pea Starch, Dextrose, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Health Packaged in a protective atmosphere Previously frozen and defrosted without affecting the quality or safety of the product. Preparation and Safety Cooking instructions: Hob Place a frying pan or saucepan on a medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil. Once oil is hot add the pieces and fry whilst stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes until brown and hot throughout. Warnings: Always ensure the product is piping hot.
